Medical Disclaimer
All treatments provided at Snow Ave Aesthetics are medical procedures performed by a licensed Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) under applicable Texas state regulations. Individual results may vary based on anatomy, skin condition, age, lifestyle, and treatment plan. No aesthetic treatment can guarantee specific outcomes.

Consultation & Treatment Policy
A comprehensive consultation is required before any treatment is performed. During this visit, we will review medical history, assess facial structure and skin health, and discuss goals and expectations. Treatment plans are individualized and may evolve over time based on response and long-term skin health.
Snow Ave Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is determined that a client is not an appropriate candidate at that time.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit and debit cards. Snow Ave Aesthetics does not accept insurance, as aesthetic services are considered elective and non-covered procedures.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services or products once administered or dispensed.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
No-shows will also be subject to this $100 fee.
This policy allows us to respect appointment availability and provide exceptional care to all clients.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other scheduled clients. Late arrivals may be subject to the cancellation fee if the appointment cannot be completed as scheduled.
Privacy & Security
Snow Ave Aesthetics is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All client records, medical history, and treatment details are handled in compliance with applicable privacy and security regulations. Personal information will never be shared or disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
Results & Expectations
Aesthetic treatments are highly individualized. Results may vary, and multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes. Longevity of results depends on factors including metabolism, lifestyle, skin condition, and adherence to post-treatment recommendations.
Right to Refuse Service
Snow Ave Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client if treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in alignment with medical best practices or clinic standards.
